How to Attach Windows 8 File Explorer to Start Menu
To attach the Windows 8 File Explorer to the "Start" menu follow this guide:

From main Windows 8 start Page right click and select "All Apps" from bottom right.
Now from the page that appears go right and right click on "File Explorer", Now left click on "Pin to Start"
Now return to the start menu, scroll right and you will see your "File Explorer" available for selection.
